Our purpose and drive.

  • If you are buying flowers we want you to see them. We use greenery and filler with intention. We are confident in that what we create is beautiful. When we do our job well, the flowers speak for themselves and margins are far from the front of our, and our client’s, minds.

  • The Earth provides the bounty from which our arrangements are made. Our deep respect for her and for farmers is why we are conscientious about reducing waste from the studio. It is why we strive to source flowers from local farmers as they are in season.

  • We play with palettes and textures. And enjoy bringing you flowers you’ve never seen before. Or maybe flowers you have, but in a new and refreshing way. We want what we design, or what you design with us, to be something that leaves you hungry to create long after you’ve left the studio.

  • A little unorthodox but part of our style is the way we love on our clients. We believe the energy we bestow upon you is what ripples out into the world. Therefore, we choose to fill your cups as often and best we are able so your love overflows. We understand flowers are merely the medium and what our responsibility to our community, really is, is connection. To yourself, to the Earth, to others.

Our Style

At the end of the day, we know we can create any style you crave. But we understand that what we love is what we showcase and that’s really what you come to us for. The refined romantic. It’s a little wild. Occasionally, wonky. We let stems speak for themselves and honor their twists and turns. Letting nature guide their placement.

How we came to be:

In the Spring of 2019 my full time position in corporate communications was eliminated effective immediately. Four years later I was living in a different state and opening what you now know as our studio in Uptown. This is the Gather story.

What once was one is now a dynamic duo. In the Spring of 2024, Alice came bursting through the studio doors with her resume and we’ve never looked back. If you walk into our space or join us for a meeting, rest assured, both of these Gather gals are thrilled to be part of your floral journey. We love you so!


  • Owner | Lead Designer | Dreamer

    Not surprisingly, I let nature and the seasons guide the way I move through life. In my spare time you’ll find me at the farmer’s market or hiking with my two pups Lucky and Josie. I’m a sucker for anything textured, ice cream and good denim. A few flowers I love are lilacs and tulips.


  • Associate Designer | Chief Puppy Greeter

    I love connecting with people and cheering them on, especially with flowers. It’s a joy to get to do what we do; letting kindness, hope, and excellence lead the way. When I’m not delighting in fluffy flowers and telling everyone about them, I’m often throwing ceramics, playing golf, or enjoying boba with my husband Alex.
